Change default font size when entering FAQ

How can I change the default font size of the input area (under Content -> Add FAQ --> Answer section)?

The default is 8pt and I need to manually change that to 10pt or 12pt every time when I add a new FAQ.

you have to change this in the css files in the template/ folder.

Thanks for your reply. I did try modifying both style.css and admin.css but it only changes the font size other than the textarea. Since the textarea is TinyMCE, I tried modify the css files inside "admin\editor\themes" but still have no luck. Would you please identify which area in which css file should I modify?
