Ask Qustion not saving the question.

Hi

I have just updated to 2.6.8 and tested the Ask question and the questino does not get added to the system and no email is sent to me. I have not tested the Ask Question on my site for a few updates so I'm not sure if when it broke. I don't get any errors when submitting the question it appears to have been submitted fine. My FAQ is http://www.sitewizard-support.co.uk/ and the link to is in the top bar to Ask Question.

do you get the list of proposed answers after hitting the submit button?

I tested it on my test box and it's working here.
