Guest Add FAQ loses form data.

When you are not logged on if you try to add an FAQ but do not choose a category you receive an error: "Required fields are your name, your email address, category, headline, your Record and, when requested, the Captcha code!" When you click back to add in your category your question and answer fields are blank, you lost all the info you added.

First of all, no category is highlighted by default on this page. I actually prefer this to the other pages where the category is highlighted by default as it forces users to think which category is the best. However, the form should reload on the page with all your entered data and a red asterisk by any required fields saying you must enter data, not lose everything someone entered.

this is a known issue and will be fixed in 2.7.0 because it's a bigger UI and backend change. 2.7 is currently under heavy development.
