Issue with FAQ in Dutch version of Firefox

It has been brought to our attention that our users who use the Dutch version of Firefox are not able to see any info on the page for the FAQ. It just loads a blank page for them. If they use the English version of Firefox it is fine.

Any suggestions on how to fix this or is this a bug you need to address?

Our Dutch users are using Firefox 3.6.13 and its the latest build of FAQ 2.6.14

This is effecting ALL our Dutch users using Firefox with this build and the previous build.

Hi,

yes, I tested it and found no issues why you get a blank page. Please take a look at your error log. A white page is a PHP fatal error and it should produce an entry in your webserver error log.

With respect you are wrong on this as there is an issue effecting our Dutch visitors when they use the Dutch version of Firefox.

Never mind we will tell them it doesn't work with the Dutch version of Firefox.
