Install phpMyFAQ with light speed

Has anyone successfully got phpMyFAQ work with light speed?

I've installed, and got it to work with admin log in (http://http://{faq}/admin/index.php), but
got wrong link error when logging in as a user (http://{faq}/index.php).

I've tried the last few days, even adding index.php to directoryindex as someone suggested
in another thread "Link to wrong page", but so far there is no luck.
