SET UP FAQ280 for NO Public User Login/Registration

Is it possible to set up the new FAQ280 so that only ADMINS or those granted access by an ADMIN can post FAQ's?
I would like to use only authorized persons to be able admin teh FAQ's but I want the public to be able see all and search for items of interest.
I do not want the public to be able to enter a FAQ be able to register.

Is this possible ?

Thank you so much for your reply.
We were really looking for a great FAQ (Like Yours) that we could set up for a website but limit the entries to only an admin person. We would not want the public to be able to ask or answer questions....We just wanted the public to be able search the FAQ's....
