Customize Colors and images

Is there a file where i can add a banner or image to the top for my company and also change some of the colors of the fonts and styles?

Thank you Thorsten. I am in those files now. Where would be the best place within the CSS file to place an custom image or banner? I don't have the dimensions now, but I am working on creating one. I am looking at the /* Header */ section right now.
