Embed in website

Post by skumar96 »

Hello,
first of all thank you for building this awesome application and making it free. I have two questions,
1. i want to embed the application in my webpage instead of running it as a standalone site. How i can do that.
2. i want to show the all categories list on the main page/home page instead of news, how to do that.

Hi,

what do you mean by embedding in your website. Any more hint would be useful.

I want to display PHP MYFAQ inside my webpage instead of running it as a standalone site. In other words, i want to include the whole PHP MYFAQ site inside my website on one of my page. The problem i am facing right now is, when i use the PHP include to add the site for e.g. <?php include 'http://www.mysite.com/faq';?> in one of my web pages, the http://www.mysite.com/faq opens up in the window by passing my web page and i am unable to see the http://www.mysite.com/faq inside my web page.

Please help

Thanks

Hi,

that's not possible to include phpMyFAQ as a PHP include. Why not adopt your design into the template?
