Version 3.0 incomplete?

Anyone else experienced missing files when downloading 3.0.0 phobos? Mainly the .css files don't seem to be included (downloaded twice from the downloads page: https://www.phpmyfaq.de/download)

the CSS files are in phpmyfaq/assets/dist/styles.css

Just checked it a minute ago.
