Edit Colors

Hello,

I am a new user and I simply want to change the colors of my FAQ, for example
Header : Blue
Body : White
Footer : Blue

I don't know much about this, but I could use some help.
I understand that I need to modify the style.css file and then recompile.
The problem is that I can't find the parameters I'm looking for in style.css.

I'm using PhpMyFaq version 3.2.7 with the default theme

I modified the file as desired but now I don't know what to do next?

I tried to recompile the file "_theme.scss" file into "theme.css" in /assets/dist/ without success.
