Two small bugs (user parameter and 1 user right)

I've noticed two small bugs concerning the user settings menu and an empty user right:

The user settings menu is not visible :

And among the list of rights, one is empty:

Hi,

the user settings menu is not visible because you're using LDAP and you can't change LDAP based user settings via phpMyFAQ.

For the second one, I have to check the issue in the code.

Hello,

I can confirm that the bug has been corrected. However, with an AD account, access to the user parameter is still possible and visible through the white rectangle.
