Hi!
What prevent my company to use phpMyFaq is the faq that we can use code in the FAQ, meaning formated text as code (not even code type detection but put some text as "code")
Unless I have missed how to do that, do you think you can implement that in future version?
Thanks!

Re: Inserting code in a FAQ
You can already format code in phpMyFAQ using the built-in editor’s preformatted text or HTML <pre><code> tags, and the developers have mentioned that improved code formatting is on the roadmap for future versions.

Re: Inserting code in a FAQ
Great suggestion Being able to mark parts of an FAQ answer as “code-style text” (even without auto detection) would definitely make technical documentation much clearer, especially for developers. fun games
Is your main use case showing configuration snippets, or more general inline technical terms inside answers?

Re: Inserting code in a FAQ
I found this searching for missing "paragraph type" and found here the code snippet that works, but the other is removed or is a temp bug?
I'm running 4.1.5 installed today.
Thanks
Edit: Also noted the editor "window" not scrolls it contents but scrolls the full page making control dissapear by upside for long faq. Also, is this a bug to be solved?

Hi,
what do you mean with "paragraph type"?
And can you explain the bug a little more in detail?
Thanks in advance!

I don’t remember how it was called, a pulldown that let yo select styles: preformatted, code, head or something to selected text, this is not present in 4.1.4 or 4.1.5 at least.Thorsten wrote: Tue Jun 16, 2026 8:21 pm Hi,
