"Add FAQ" problem

I've found a few references to this problem, but I can't find a solution. When I try to submit a new FAQ via the "Add FAQ" menu button, I get this error message - phpMyFAQ user error [256]: PMF_Mail Class: is not a valid e-mail address! in Mail.php on line 281

I've tried checking the database field that one poster suggested, and also deleting the segment in Mail.php that Thorsten suggested, but no luck so far.

Any suggestions?
