phpMyFAQ

I have just installed myphpFAQ-2.6.3 for the 4th time and trying to login as admin but fails authentication. With each install I have tried a different password for admin and confirmed the same password. In each event I get the same message that the password or user name is invalid.

OS: Windows 2003 Server
IIS6.0
mqsql version 5.1.28
PHP 5.2 build 3790

Has anyone else run into this issue?
I have apps I have designed in php that work without issues but this one I decided to try to replace my homegrown version because of the frontend capabilities.

I use MySQL but found that the problem was with the population of one table. I removed the contents of the stopwords.sql.php and reinstalled and was able to log in.
