Group list is missing

Greetings!

I got a question when using phpMyFAQ 2.0.17 that I installed in on a Centos 5.5 server. It works good when it's just installed.

I added a set of groups, users, catagories...

However, when I rebooted the server, all the group list is missing!! See Pic1:

I think these groups are still in the database coz when I edit/add a new catagory, I can still assign the permission to these groups created eariler!!

I tried to reboot the server and clear the browser cache, but it doesn't work. Anybody can provide any advice?

phpMyFAQ 2.0 is out of support, please upgrade to 2.6
