I'm sorry to put all this items under the same posting. We are new to phpMyFAQ and are testing out the product to be used as a HelpDesk Knowledgebase.
A few items have come up in our usage testing.
1) Is there a mechanism that would allow an unauthenticated user to submit a broken link report or addtional information with regard to the content of a faq page. We would like to use this as a quality control measure.
2) It apears taht if you subscribe to an RSS feed for a category it only gives you information on FAQ's at that top category level. It doesn't seem to give you the RSS feeds for subcategories? Is this accurate?
3) There seems to be an export functionality for the product but I haven't determined how we would import content. I'd like to be able to allow for my library to "stage" their faq in a category section and then later export that whole category and it's content/sub categories, etc and import that content into their own instance. Is this possible?
Thanks in advance for your feedback we are using version 2.6.14.

Thanks for giving phpMyfaq a try and testing it out for your knowledge base
Hopefully i can answer your questions or concersns
issue 1 at this time their is not a way a user can submit a broken link report or additional information
issue 2 that is correct there is no RSS Feed for subcategories
Also 2.7 Beta will be released very soon... so you can test that out as well if you want to
You can also post in propsal if you would like to suggest a new feature viewforum.php?f=4
