This entry is in revision and can not be displayed

Post by ITS Net Services »

After creating an entry i can not view it in the front end. I get the following message.

"This entry is in revision and can not be displayed"

What does this mean and how do i fix it?

You mean in the Record Admin section where it says:
Active: Yes / No ?

If that's what you mean. Then yes.

This is very strange, i have reinstalled the system 3 times thinking that was the problem. I am using script version 1.6.0

When you visit a category from the front-end it shows the questions/titles in the category. But when you click a question/title thats when you see "This entry is in revision and can not be displayed.

Here is a link if you would like to see for yourself.

Hi,

this is really strange. Can you send me a SQL dump of your FAQ database? Which database do you use?

Hi,

Thanks alot! I appreciate all your help and quick response time.

Do you have any banner ads? If not i will design one and place it on my site to help promote your great script.

I'll send the design over to you as well if you do not have one.

Thanks again,

Adam

Ok, well if you don't mind, I will create a banner for you. I'll email it over when its finished. I just have a few things to work on for the next couple of days or so, and after that i will have some time.

And as i said before, i'm not an expert with sql. Can you tell me if this is the correct way to query the database as you told me too.
