Ubuntu 24.04 Install

I've been trying to get this installed on Ubuntu 22.04 and 24.04 for two days now. Not a single installation method published works. I've scoured the internet and I'm constantly hitting roadblocks. I run several different open source platforms and have never encountered such difficulties.
Docker doesn't work. Manual install fails. AMPPS is a complete waste of time.
Does any one have a definitive guide for getting this installed on Ubuntu that actually works without spending two days troubleshooting and retrying?
