Search by article ID return "No Categories found"

Post by Dick »

Hi Thorsten,

I am using ver 2.5.1 (upgraded from ver 2.0.14) and when I search the FAQ with the article ID number, instead of returning both question and the answer, it returned "No Categories found" (instead of the question) with the correct answer. Not sure if it only happen to me.

My platform is a Windows XP machine with XAMPP 1.7.1

Best regards,
Dick

I have this problem, too.
When I search by the solution ID I don't get the question, but the right answer.
Instead of the question I get "No Categories found" displayed.
Furthermore there is an attachment shown which includes a "index.html" that can't be found when you're trying to open it.

Hallo

Wollte ganz kurz nachfragen wie es betreffend dem Problem hier aussieht?
Wir würden diese Funktion sehr gerne nutzen - aber bei uns kommt auch diese "Fehlermeldung" (V. 2.5.2)

Danke. Gruss
