Well, it's hard to say. The basic structure is correct. But the problem is only apparent if you actually call the image in the upper right corner (or perhaps just change the background color of the image td), and then compare it in the browser with the original site's header -- and that's exactly the same HTML.

Basically, every single one of these tds (not just the one containing the image) is slightly wider and higher in PMF than on the original site's pages.
They're all being served up simultaneously by XAMPP, btw, so I'm not comparing two different instances. I wish I knew how to do a screen shot.
