HTML editor not shown

I copied 1:1 my 1.6.12 installation to a new account domain on the same server. Everything works well, except when I tried to edit there is no HTML editor loaded.

Then I tried a new installation and also there is no HTML editor visible, just the bare HTML codes.

Any idea how to fix this, it is clearly some issue with the new account (maybe php settings?).

Hi,

do you get any JavaScript errors? This is not a PHP problem.

No errors, nothing. Opening it in same browser from other account works fine and shows editor.

Any ideas? Only difference is the directory path which was /help/faq and now is root /faq/.

But I changed the config files accordingly and also the htaccess. Anywhere else this needs to be changed to load the html editor?

it has nothing to do with that. I think you forgot some files for copying. Is that possible?

Issue found

In Firefox the Adblock Plus blocks the execution of the HTML editor. I had to exclude the site from Adblock and now it loads fine.

Wish computers would make life easier not more complex
