FAQs List numbering issue ?

Hello

I try to number my FAQs
1-Blabla ?
2-Blibli ?
3-Bloblo ?

If I insert : 2.0 or 2.1 it will go between 2- and 3- : Good !
But the FAQ 20 and 21 will go between 2 and 3 and that can't be.

There is something I surely did not catch since a so elementary situation has surely be treated.
Anybody can help me to properly order my FAQs ?

PS : Where can I change the "orange" color of the FAQs and categories titles in the template for anything I choose please. I have a strong prejudice against orange color
And where can I change the fonts and the category title size in the default template ?

PS : Other pb bu due to a template named : Bootswatch. In maintenance mode it's a mess. It's unfortunate cause it looks fine in front end.

The maintenance mode is messy for Spacelab too.
