Category/FAQ security

Hello all,

I am not sure if this can be done but would like to know what i can do. If I have a user (cars) that is the one in charge of only the category cars and the FAQ under that, how can i limit it so they can only edit the category cars and no other FAQ/Category? When they sign in they only see there FAQ no one else. The admin would see all categories and be able to edit them but other users should only see the categories assigned to them. Is this possible in the newest version? If so, how can it be done?
