Hi Guys,
I've been through these forums 100 times and googled but either don't understand what I need to do or just can't see it <frustrated to the max>
I don't know if we must have LDAP enabled to make SSO work? Because we can't get LDAP support on our shared server hosting account.
If SSO works out of the box, why is it greyed out? and can someone please explain how to get it ENABLED??
Thank you

Hi,
SSO support only works if the server variable $_SERVER['REMOTE_USER'] is set. If you use SSO, this variable should be set.

Conflicting info from Host. They have now advised we need a dedicated server hosting account to get this server variable.
Will try that and see how it goes.
