Problem with Unicode URL in SEO

I want to fix Unicode URL in phpmyfaq.

Ex : when i publish an article, it have a link : http://wiki.tgs.com.vn/content/2/1/vi/h ... %ADnh.html

How to fix it when i enable Friendly SEO URL ?

It work, but i want fix from Latin URL, to Unicode

Ex, from : http://wiki.tgs.com.vn/content/2/1/vi/h ... %ADnh.html

To : http://wiki.tgs.com.vn/content/2/1/vi/h ... -tinh.html (Fixed Latin URL)

Hi,

it's unicode, but's it's url encoded. It's not possible to change that.
