issue to add pictures by using drag and drop

Hi

I have a little problem when I add a photo in the back office using "drag and drop".
after it I have a message : "failure to upload image: http error 403" but it's strange because all work.
I can see the photo in the back office and in the front office (see PJ).
I even made a backup of the database and a restore to another computer to check
if the image was there, and everything works. The front office as the back office

I use Firefox with Apache 2.4.4, PHP 7.4.0 and Mysql 8.0.18 on a windows OS

yes, I know that issue, it's fixed for 3.0.2
