problem with recent faq margins

Why are the margins of Most Popular FAQs and Latest FAQs so uneven? Is there a fix for this?
Plus the numbers 1 & 10 are not fully visible?

I did not change *anything* in my CSS code....if you are suggesting that I edited the CSS file.

I asked for common examples of things which might cause that effect....I did not ask for Psychic Visions.
