Hello I am new to this forum, I would like to know how to remove browser warning message, as always I get the following:

Do you know your Internet Explorer That is out of date?
Please use Internet Explorer 8 +, Mozilla Firefox 4 +, Google Chrome, Apple Safari or Opera 5 + 11 +

you should update your Internet Explorer! But you can remove the message in index.tpl template file
