Hey everyone,
I've got a quick question on alerting. Here's a quick background of what we need. We have two tiers of users, the tier 1, which can submit articles but not make them visible. And our tier 2, which can change an inactive article to active.
That way we don't have tons of repeat or bad FAQs getting added.
So far what we've been doing, is manually checking if any FAQs have been added at the end of each day. But I'd really like an email any time a new article needs activated.
Is this an option that I'm missing? Or is there some way of setting that up?
Thanks,
JHuff

Hi,
the main admin is getting an e-mail if a new, inactive FAQ is submitted.

Re: Email Alerting on Inactive FAQs
Hey Thorsten,
Hmm, it doesn't seem to be working. I'm set as the main admin, and I've verified my email is entered correctly. I've verified email is working, since I can use the email sharing option on the articles.
Is there some sort of config I'm missing?
Thanks,
JHuff

It randomly started working again! No idea what happened.
