you cna do this in the template files in the folder template-default
these files are the templates for the script which are pure HTML

does not really belong to phpmyFAQ, but check the web for "Request Tracker", this is quite a good open source Ticketing system for Helpdesking

please check if the javascripts in the inc\js folder are all existing, also fell over this issue and I was missing the javascripts in the folder by what ever reason and my webserver gave me a 404 error when checking with HTTPFox.
You can easily compare when downloading the original install package ...

schaue doch mal in den Artikeln die Berechtigungen nach, ist mri am Anfang auch passiert, das dort eine Berechtigung gesetzt war, die da (noch) nicht hingehoerte.....wenn die Artikel nicht sichtbar sind, dann sind meistens die Berechtigungen fuer den Artikel bei der erstellung falsch eingestellt ...

I have downloaded the whole update package yesterday and have upgraded from 2.5.4 to 2.5.6, I had the same issue on the 2.5.4.
All files are original from your download site, no modifications.
