Error message when attach a file

This is the error message. What is it in English.
Bitte geben sie zunÃ¤chst in der Konfiguration ein Verzeichnis fÃ¼r die Attachments an.

"You have to set an directory for your attachments in configuration first."

it reads "Please chose a directory for attachments first "

I guess it refers to the entry $attpfad in the config.php
