Templates 1.4.3, 1.5.4

I have ver 1.4.3 working at my URL.
I installed 1.5.4 in a different folder using a different prefix.

1.5.4 displays at the "right sidebar", the Top 10 and The five questions posted most recently on all pages. The main content,"centercolumn" is thus reduced in width.

I would like to do one of two options.
One: (my preferred option)
Display the right side bar on the Home Page only, and increase the width of the main content.
Just like ver 1.4.3

Two: Remove the Top 10, and the five questions posted from ALL pages and increase the width of the main content.

The more I edit the template/index.tpl and the template/style.css, the more I mess it up!

Can anyone give me a little hint?

Hi,

you can use your 1.4.x template with phpMyFAQ 1.5.4. The only thing you have to do is to add some XHTML into main.tpl to fix the tables there.
