131 dev version-attachments and minor questions

I can't get attachments to work.
At the admin:
Path to the attachmentdir
I entered the server path
/usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ripas.com/httpdocs/faq131/attachments
Is this correct?

What do I enter here?
The folder "faq131/attachments" is 777

At Admin-"Edit Configurations" -Describtion of the Page, not sure where this displaies.

"Add Content" - "Help about UBB codes" -- is not English
Admin-User Administration- user rights is not English
From "Help"- "FAQ search engine" A error message
User adding a comment.-- Admin can Delete but not Edit

no, it is just "attachments"
