adminlog for phpMyFAQ v1.5.6

Is there a bug in the adminlog module. I am using mysql 4.1 and since using it haven't seen any logs in the adminlog section. I notice there was a devblog regarding a bug in the use of PMF with PostgreSQL. Does this effect mySQL also?
