installation of FAQ locally

I try to install FAQ locally - under W2k Pro (pl version) with PHP 4.2.3, MySQL 3.23.39 and Apache 1.3.27 (I run phpdev5 package from http://firepages.com.au). Installation process ends with succes, but after deleting "installer.php/update.php" I try to go to main page of PAQ and there I see this:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare checkdnsrr() in c:\phpdev\www\phpmyfaq\inc\functions.php on line 1259

My question: is it possible to run FAQ locally under above descibed configuration?

Please delete the last function from functions.php and then everything works fine on Windows!
