It would be nice if you could implement a rights management for categorys or every entry.
At this time I need an own FAQ for every group of people if you need more themes and not every should read it all entrys.
Or the people see only entrys with their own language... There are many possibilities to use it.
So it would be nice if the people had an logon and would only see the categorys which they should see.
In this case you only need one FAQ and could handle several groups. I know this is a big wish, because you must implement it also in search and so on ..., but this would be a very nice feature.
rights management

Great !
That was really a miss.
I am currently evaluate different solution to manage FAQ. phpMyFAQ seems to be quite good and easy to use, install and admin.
But to be able to manage categories is lacking.
I mean, it is one of my prerequisite in the evaluation.
In a professional environment, it can be a critical issue. At least to avoid "standard users" have acces to useless knowledge (e.g. tool's admin FAQ), or to easily manage confidentialy when some pieces of information should not shared between all teams. For example when info are site or corporate specific, and where a team is a subcontractor's one.
By the way, thanks for this great tool !
Hope the 2.0 version will be there soon.

Hi,
we know that the missing right management ist one of the last things we have to do. The main classes are already implemented and we hope to release an alpha version of 2.0 the next months...
