Any demo with mod_rewrite?

Is there any demo available with mod_rewrite on?

Just the end-user / visitor interface.

Does the urls have article name? like wordpress. Or is there any mod available for it?

Also can we put custom meta tags (keywords and description) per article basis?

along with being better for search engine placement one wont need to re-check giving someone links. ( seeing the link we will understand to which article its pointing )
