I cannot add attachment somtimes

1. Somtimes when I add a attachment, which with a chinese name, ex "电脑使用及管理规定.pdf", it promt this error:

An error occured while attaching the file.

I'm use simplified chinese UTF-8.
If I using simplified chinese GB2312, all is ok.


2. If I change the name, such as add a "]" in the end of the name, for example "电脑使用及管理规定].pdf", this time when I add the attachment it promt none error, all is ok.


So, It's seams that it's an error relate to UTF-8.
