Restricted FAQs available to anyone via Top 10 & Recent

Hi,
I have been trying to restrict access to most of the FAQ’s by using a user group and manually supplying user accounts. Can’t wait for a registration page

The ‘Category’ links restriction works as they only show when logged in but anyone can access the FAQ’s via the ‘Top 10’ and ‘The Five questions Posted Most Recently’ lists. Click an any link in these lists and you have access to the restricted FAQ.

Have I set something up wrong here or does the code need to be modified?
