Bug in Glossary Update

The glossary.php is giving the error (given in debug mode)

Warning: preg_replace_callback() [function.preg-replace-callback]: Unknown modifier '=' in /faq/inc/Glossary.php on
line 134.

This also stops the question and answer from appearing although everything else appears.

I have tried all the various suggestions already posted to address this issue but none do actually cure it.

I changed just the glossary.php and it works fine now.

I must admit I was assuming that the main download was the latest snapshot and as a bad surfer had not scrolled down far enough on the main site download page to find the overnight snapshot.

I note that a couple of other files have been changed and will change them as well.
