Move Category Bug in version 2.0.10

Hi All,

When trying to move a category, the category selected to move is actually the one above the one you selected. In other words, if your bottom 2 categories are "unknown" and "colonies", when you click to move the "colony" category it says "move category: Unknown".

In addition, if you click on a category to move it, and there is a sub-directory in another category directly above it, it will try to move the sub-category instead.

For instance, my cat list is as follows (Starships and Ground Parties are sub-categories of Movement) ...
· Haven Expanse
· Movement
·· Starships
·· Ground Parties
· Unknown
· Colonies

When I click to move Unknown, it will come up and say "move category: Ground Parties" instead.
