Languga sing ar or en in my page !!

Why i see the Languga sing ar or en in my page ... i do not like to show up .. how can i removeI just imported my old database to my new intallation from crash.
the version is phpmyfaq.1.3.14.full

the best would be setting the characterset to utf-8 in the database.
