Feature Question

I am seriously considering your FAQ for use in our helpdesk (so other departments can read/post instead of calling) but I don't see a feature I am looking for. What I am looking for is a filter based on a users profile. So basically when a user logs in they will only see the topics that are relevant to them. Is this possible with this FAQ or is it going to take some work to get it working the way I want it?
