Right column styles?

I'm having a little trouble changing the styling of my right column H3's and RSS images. I've made changes to the style.css in the template directory, as well as an external style sheet. I can change the color, but not the size, which tells me that another stlyesheet downstream is controlling them also. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Found the style for the H3's, but still looking for the location of the RSS images, as well as the "most popular" and "latest" lists.
