Apostrophe in titles -- ASCII code?

Thanks for all the support you've been giving us lately, Thorsten.

So the program really doesn't like the apostrophe in the title of our page, and converts it to ASCII"&#39s"

This shows up only in the admin title, but unfortunately it also shows up on the main page: "Renee's Garden Seeds FAQ News RSS"

Seeing as how this is the name of the company, we can't just drop the apostrophe.
