"Ask a question" problem

Hi

I have just installed a phpmyfaq, and everything seems to work fine, except the "ask question" and "Add faq" links.

I fill in all the fields (for "ask question" I fill in Your Name, Your email address, Category, Question) and then fill in the captcha at the bottom. The next page simply says "Required fields are your name, your email address, your question and, when requested, the Captcha code.".

I am sure I did fill in everything that is asked!

Any help would be much appreciated.

I entered the email address I use all the time. I tried with my gmail address too. No luck.

Any other ideas?

Did this ever get sorted because I'm getting exaclty the same problem since upgrade. Users cant ask questions because the form always says:

Required fields are your name, your email address, your question and, when requested, the Captcha code.

Even when they are all filled in (I have tried turning captcha on and off). Seems a major bug, but cant find any further info on it?
