V2.6.0 installation errors

Hi all,

Infra details:
Ubuntu 9.10, PostgreSQL-8.3.x, Apache/2.2.12 (Ubuntu)

Below are some of the issues faced during installation process:

1. Warning: pg_query() [function.pg-query]: Query failed: ERROR: sequence "xfaquser_user_id_seq" does not exist in /var/www/phpmyfaq-2.6.0/inc/PMF_DB/Pgsql.php on line 91

2. Due to a low default setting in default php.ini (max_execution_time = 30) it fails as well. Maybe before the installation process will start need to check that?

3. The final page (For further development we would like to get some feedback from our users.) somehow is missing the "Submit" button, as after filling-out the form not sure where to click...

4. Interface translation page has these:
Indonesian -- phpMyFAQ notice [8]: Undefined index: PMF_LANG[nplurals] in TransTool.php on line 94
Dutch -- phpMyFAQ notice [8]: Undefined index: PMF_LANG[nplurals] in TransTool.php on line 94

we'll take a look at that issue.

2. Due to a low default setting in default php.ini (max_execution_time = 30) it fails as well. Maybe before the installation process will start need to check that?

We already added a set_time_limit(0) at the beginning of the setup and update page.

3. The final page (For further development we would like to get some feedback from our users.) somehow is missing the "Submit" button, as after filling-out the form not sure where to click...

I'll fix that issue!

well, i got the same problem. but after several times reinstallation, it works. dunno why. its workable now.
