i could not see admin page or configuration page

Hi ,

I have installed phpmyfaq 2.6.3 Stable version in redhat linux. but i did not get admin page or configuration page . i am getting only blank page .

php version -5.2.13
apache version -Server version: Apache/2.0.52
mysql - server version: 4.1.12
