Problems with submission of FAQ's

Post by aedeeley »

Hi, I've been assigned to use your software for a project at work. I really like the program, the fact that it's open source, and it's ability to be skinned & customized. But I am having a major issue with submitting FAQ's... it just doesn't work! I'm a php programmer and obviously I'm proficient in MySQL and the database and all the permissions are set up correctly according to your recommendations. The oddest thing is when I do try to post something, it says successful, but does not show up in any of my records. I'm very confused. When I enter a FAQ from the admin backend this is response I get:

"Administration of Records
The changes were saved successfully.

Automatic link verification result
No URLs compatible with link verifier feature found."

But nothing shows up in any of my records, backend or frontend. Please help!

Can you elaborate and advise how to check the database. My mail has never worked either.

Thank you,
