I still cant find it. WYSIWYG editor is enabled. When I add or edit new questions from admin area it's only plain text editing...

Hi,
That fix didn't help. Could it be that one or more files are corrupted on upload? I have tried to upload a couple of times. Maybe I should download a fresh copy and upload 'editor' folder again.
